Operational requests are handled through the private channel assigned to each approved workspace.
Approved channels
This public page does not expose an intake form or operator address. Use the service reference and private contact method supplied during onboarding. Unsolicited access requests are not processed through the edge endpoint.
What to include
- Workspace reference
- The identifier issued during onboarding
- Region

- Observed behavior
- Status class, timeout, or availability symptom
- Change context
- Recent origin, DNS, certificate, or application changes
Priority guidance
Check the regional status page first. A single application failure without an edge advisory should be investigated by the workspace owner. Multi-workspace ingress failures should be escalated through the private operations channel.
Data safety
Never include credentials
Do not send passwords, tokens, private keys, cookies, authorization headers, or full private payloads. Use redacted request references instead.
